Exchange & Return Policy

We are sorry that you don’t find fit with our pieces this time, but we hope you are able to find something you love!

To be eligible for returns or exchanges, these are the following requirements:

• Packed in original transparent packaging.
• The tag must be intact. The item must be unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered with no stains etc.
• All return or exchanges enquiry must be requested within 7 days from delivery date.

Steps for returns or exchanges:

• Submit a request within 7 days upon delivery date via hello@amalgam.store. We will attend to your request within 2-3 business days, or as soon as we are available.
• Include your order number, email and phone number in the email.
• There isn’t one size that fits all and we all know it too, do state your request under return or exchange for us to process the request a lot more effectively.

For all returns, a sum of $3 will be deducted from the store credits for processing fee.
For all exchanges, an additional $5 fee will be required for doorstep delivery exchange.
Additional delivery fee is chargeable before arrangement of exchange.

What cannot be exchanged?

We hope that you enjoy your shopping experience at Amalgam, but we hate to break it to you that not all items can be exchanged. Items that are on sale or not fulfilling any of the above conditions are strictly non-refundable.

About The Policy

Please note that all items will only be refunded as store credits and exchanges are subjected to availability of product. Cash refunds are strictly not allowed and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Amalgam reserves all rights to reject any return or exchanges should we find any fault or the above conditions unfulfilled. Items returned not meeting any of our conditions will not be processed and will be sent back to you via courier at your own expense.

Our Colours:
Here at Amalgam, we make sure to do our best in portraying our pieces to the best of our abilities in our images. Images shown on our website, digital collaterals and media are not 100% accurate due to lighting and phone display differences. Amalgam will not be responsible for such situation and it will not be deemed as a defect.

Size Measurements:
Our measurements stated on the website are taken as accurately as we possibly can. The measurements provided are basic measurements that are measured when items are laid flat and they may vary slightly due to production.

To us, any of the measurement difference within 1” is not deemed as a defect.
